The world economy is crumbling again, some countries in Europe are strugling e.g Greece, Turkey, and now Spain and Italy are lining up. In Asia, Japan govt intervened to rescue the situation. In the US the effect of delayed debt ceiling approval had some effect.
The main problem is in Europe and Asia which if not prevented it will result into another world credit crunch.
