Lets wait and see what kind of report POAC's subcomittee will come up with.
As the committee have 14day's to conduct their investigation on wether UDA privatasion was lawful, also if the UDA board followed the laws and regulations in selling company's shares and if it was within their power to do so without involving shareholders of the company.
Also to invastigate the role played by the Dar es salaam City Council and Government who were shareholders in sellling unalloted shares to Simons Group Co which is owned by a former minister and current member of CCM Prof Juma Kapuya .
This is an independent investigation, separately from those cunducted by Prevention and Combating of Corruption Bureau and the Controller and Auditor General.
